Position: Experienced Sales Account Manager - Mining Sector

In this role, you’ll help develop ITM's mining customer network, focusing on Fort McMurray and wider Canadian territories. Your primary goal will be to manage customer accounts, provide aftermarket solutions, and conduct product support at various sites. This highly operational position demands proactive engagement with both customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mining customer accounts from initial engagement to sales

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Provide technical support and product knowledge

• Identify and pursue additional business opportunities

• Report on customer activity and order forecasts

Requirements:

• Five+ years in mining or related sales experience

• Familiarity with oil sands operations is a plus

• Strong understanding of industry maintenance practices

• Excellent relationship management skills

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
