FLINT is hiring Multiskilled Operators for a permanent role in Fort McMurray, AB, starting February/March 2026 . Enjoy a 14/14 schedule, camp accommodations, flights from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours.

Qualifications- Minimum of 4,000 hours operating a 250/450+ excavator, and at least 2,000 hours on a t D8+ dozer, 1,000 785+ haul truck or 24M grader.
OR
A minimum of 6,000 hours on a single piece of mining equipment in an open‑pit environment. - Proven open‑pit mining experience, including at least 2,000 operating hours within a single calendar year.
- Ground work experience is required.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation)
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Able to train on new equipment when requested.
- Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
