Position: Journeyman Plumber for Oil Sands Project
Become a key player at Bouchier as a Journeyman Plumber, contributing to an important dorm renovation project in the oil sands for approximately three months. Expertise in gas fitting and plumbing codes is crucial.

This position invites experienced plumbers to engage in comprehensive plumbing tasks. You will install gas distribution piping, read technical drawings, and ensure compliance with ongoing safety practices. An aptitude for hands-on mechanical tasks and teamwork is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and specifications

• Install piping systems and components accurately

• Execute necessary plumbing installations in the renovation

• Maintain knowledge of safety regulations for gas systems

• Test and verify plumbing installations for functionality

Requirements:

• Journeyman Plumber certification (Red Seal)

• Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Minimum three years oilfield plumbing experience

• Valid CSO and WHMIS 2015 certifications

• Strong troubleshooting and collaborative skills
