Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on systems and structures

• Ensure proper functioning of facilities through preventative measures

• Comply with safety standards and regulations

• Document maintenance activities and procedures

• Undertake other relevant duties as needed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

• Clean driver’s license and valid non-GDL license

• Available for 20 days of work at a time

• Preferred certifications include First Aid/CPR
