FLINT is actively seeking skilled Iron Workers and Pipe fitters for its exciting Capital Project from June 2026 to March 2027. Ideal candidates should possess a valid Journeyperson or Apprentice certificate and have at least four years of experience in oil and gas construction. The position requires in-person attendance with a commitment to safety and efficient teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in construction, piping, and structural installation
• Perform bolt-up, welding, and tie-ins on project sites
• Rotate on a 14/7 schedule for optimal work-life balance
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain certification
• Collaborate with team members to complete high-quality projects
Requirements:
• Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate
• Four years of experience in similar projects
• Mandatory safety ticket certifications
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to meet physical job demands
