In this dynamic position, you will provide leadership to a team of Heavy Duty Mechanics while overseeing repair workflows and maintenance schedules. Collaborating with your crew and supervisors, you'll prioritize safety and quality in all operations. This role requires expert knowledge in heavy equipment and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of mechanics and technicians

• Manage preventative maintenance and emergency repairs

• Oversee completion of inspections according to standards

• Diagnose faults and facilitate necessary repairs

• Maintain documentation for all maintenance activities

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of leadership experience

• Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic certification

• Proficient in servicing major brands like Caterpillar

• Strong commitment to safety operations

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
