Position: Canada Heavy Equipment Mechanics Wanted
Join the team at Ledcor as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, contributing to large construction projects across Canada. The focus is on the safe and efficient maintenance of heavy construction machinery.
We are looking for skilled tradespersons with a minimum of three years’ experience and a Journeyperson certification. You will work on various heavy equipment, ensuring that all tasks comply with strict safety protocols. Effective communication and teamwork are vital aspects of this hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile equipment

• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery including haul trucks

• Follow preventative maintenance procedures accurately

• Conduct pre‑trip inspections and hazard checks

• Document maintenance work and ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements:

• Strong mechanical background with 3+ years’ experience

• Valid Journeyperson certification

• Excellent diagnostic abilities and independent work skills

• Clear 3-year driver’s abstract and valid Driver's License

• Flexible with shifts, rotations, and potential travel
