In this full-time leadership position, you will manage millwrights working on rotating and stationary equipment across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has extensive millwright experience and is adept at coordinating teams during maintenance and turnarounds. Travel is required to ensure on-site compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities of millwrights

• Travel to various sites for on-site leadership and support

• Ensure safety compliance in all operational practices

• Manage daily and weekly work planning with teams

• Troubleshoot complex issues on equipment like pumps and turbines
Requirements:

• Certified Journeyperson Industrial Millwright status

• 10-15 years of experience in heavy industry

• 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting capabilities

• Ability to manage documentation and compliance effectively
