Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually

• Relationship Builder. You’ll get to know your customers, their equipment, and their business, building rapport and trust.
• Vigilance. Report customer satisfaction, trends, and other useful information to your service supervisor, and report possible leads for equipment sales to the sales team.
• Mentorship. Listen actively and perform competence analysis of apprentice technicians, identify areas for improvement and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Organization. This is a detail‑oriented position and you have already developed personal systems for organizing your work, ensuring you’re prepared with information, parts and tooling before attending a worksite.

• Red Seal or Journeyperson Technician Certification
• 2-5 years related experience
• Solid knowledge of equipment systems and repairs
• Good communication skills with peers and supervisors
• Basic knowledge of computer applications
• Committed to continuous learning
• Strong technical background and capable of communicating with technicians and customers regarding parts and service
• Health & Safety Knowledge – OH & S rules and regulations guidelines

• Heavy Equipment Technician Red Seal certification
