Position: Professional Heavy Equipment Operator Role
Become a Multi-Skilled Heavy Equipment Operator at FLINT, located in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This permanent position offers a 14/14 work schedule and essential camp accommodations.
At FLINT, we are looking for skilled operators at our Kearl site. Experience operating heavy equipment is a must, including the 450+ excavator, D10+ dozer, and 24M grader. Join a team that values safety, quality, and collaboration, making a significant impact in Canada’s resource industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate multiple types of heavy machinery

• Collaborate with team members for efficient operations

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols daily

• Perform necessary ground work efficiently

• Engage in training for new machinery when needed
Requirements:

• Over 2,000 hours of experience on heavy equipment

• Valid CSO or BSO certification required

• Able to perform physically demanding tasks

• Good standing 3-year driver’s record with under 9 demerits

• Strong English communication abilities required
