Finning Canada is on the lookout for a dedicated Service Supervisor with strong leadership capabilities to manage technician productivity and enhance operational standards. You will establish and nurture relationships, coordinate work processes, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Your expertise will be critical in motivating technicians and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise and coach technician activities

• Coordinate work orders and resolve associated issues

• Foster collaboration with Field Operations Manager

• Review warranty documentation for efficiency

• Manage training and performance feedback sessions
Requirements:

• Heavy Equipment Technician certificate preferred

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Computer literate in Microsoft Applications and Caterpillar systems

• Valid Driver's License with clean abstract
