NACG is hiring Finish Dozer Operators for its Fort Hills remote mining site. This position requires operating articulating motor graders and maintaining roadway conditions. Candidates should have experience with GPS and road building, alongside a minimum of three years in a mining setting. Safety compliance and teamwork are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate motor graders in heavy construction environments

• Read stakes and use GPS systems effectively

• Conduct pre-use equipment inspections for safety

• Complete risk assessments prior to tasks

• Report equipment repairs and incidents immediately

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a mining environment

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and acceptable driver abstract

• Proficiency in English, verbal and written

• Familiarity with road building and slope shaping

• Ability to participate in training and safety certifications
