At NACG, we’re looking for a Skilled Ground Worker with a minimum of 2 years of labor experience, ideally in a mining setting. Responsibilities include driving light vehicles, snow removal, and working with various hand tools. Ensure compliance with safety policies while performing physically demanding tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate light vehicles within the mining site

• Conduct seasonal snow removal tasks

• Install culverts, pipes, and silt fences

• Use plate tampers and hand tools effectively

• Review safety and work plans before starting tasks

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of laborer experience

• Minimum 1 year in a mining environment

• Physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Familiar with safety protocols and legislation
