As a Heavy Duty Technician with Wajax, you will provide exceptional service, ensuring equipment reliability and customer satisfaction. With 2-3 years of experience, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of heavy machinery, including engines and transmissions.

Your role involves establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining accurate service records to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose servicing needs for heavy equipment

• Communicate repair requirements to customers

• Perform repairs both in-shop and on-site

• Recondition engine and hydraulic components

• Maintain service records and paperwork

Requirements:

• Trade certification or Red Seal Journeyman

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Proven mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
