CEDA is seeking a skilled technician to join the Fort McMurray shop team. This full-time position offers competitive wages and diverse responsibilities, including preventative maintenance and repair of heavy equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance on various trucks and equipment

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines and after treatment systems

• Service hydraulic and PTO systems efficiently

• Perform commercial vehicle inspections as required

• Collaborate with apprentices and ensure team safety compliance

Requirements:

• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician certification required

• Valid Class 5 drivers license, Class 1 or 3 preferred

• CVIP license or ability to achieve one

• Strong experience with hydraulic and electrical systems

• Must provide own tools and pass drug testing
