We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record as a Heavy Duty Mechanic in the mining sector. Through your strong troubleshooting skills, you'll work both independently and with our team, contributing to Finning's service commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair heavy mining equipment independently

• Conduct component intervention and undercarriage repairs

• Maintain strong compliance with safety standards

• Work with supervisors on various assigned tasks

• Perform field runner duties and in-mine repairs as necessary

Requirements:

• Interprovincial Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification

• Minimum 3 years mining experience

• Valid class 5 driver's license

• Proficiency with Caterpillar products and SIS 2.0

• Ability to independently debug engine issues
