As a Foreperson at Ledcor, you will be at the forefront of daily operations. With strong skills from either a Pipefitter or Equipment Operator background, you will lead a team while ensuring completion within timelines and compliance with safety standards. Your expertise will enhance project efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct excavation and trenching activities on-site

• Supervise a skilled workforce of operators and laborers

• Resolve field challenges while maintaining budget

• Interpret and utilize construction drawings effectively

• Conduct toolbox meetings for safety compliance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of leadership experience required

• Experience with trench safety and excavation

• Must have rigging skills

• Background in industrial maintenance or pipeline installation

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
