Rope Access Insulator

Tacten is recruiting Journeyperson and Apprentice Insulators for long-term work in Fort McMurray. Successful candidates will possess the required Insulator certification and IRATA Level 1 ticket or willingness to obtain. This role will include high-elevation tasks with a strong emphasis on precision and safety in dynamic work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install insulation materials like foam and fiberglass

• Measure and fit insulation to specifications

• Secure insulation using approved fasteners and adhesives

• Inspect insulation systems for damage and repairs

• Collaborate with teams to ensure proper installation

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Insulator certification required

• Registered apprentices accepted with proof of hours

• IRATA Level 1 certification needed or willingness to obtain

• Strong understanding of insulation practices

• Ability to work in various weather conditions
