Ledcor is seeking experienced Equipment Operators for a road building and reclamation project in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role involves operating heavy equipment such as excavators and dozers in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The ideal candidates will have several years of relevant experience and a strong commitment to quality and safety. • At least 3 years’ experience operating dozers, excavators, and other equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification
• CSTS 09, Common Safety Orientation (CSO) or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation (BSO)
• Available for day/night shifts
• Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing

• Previous experience in road building, reclamation work, or mining
• Experience using GPS machine control systems
• Fine grading experience
