OCL Group Inc. is seeking experienced Skilled and Leadhand Labourers for heavy oil civil projects at CNRL Horizon in Fort McMurray, Alberta. • Camp accommodations provided
• Paid flights from Calgary and/or Edmonton

• CLAC hourly wages
• Weekly pay (every Friday)

• Benefits after 300 hours
• 10% vacation and stat holiday pay on regular earnings
• Overtime at 1.5x after 8 hours per day

• Previous experience as a Skilled Labourer on civil construction projects
• Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools
• Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and hazard awareness
• Physically fit (able to lift up to 50lbs, work in various weather conditions)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with clean abstract
• WHMIS 2015 and CSTS 2020 safety tickets (H2S Alive is an asset)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
