Tridon Communications is looking for a Tower Service Technician to join our local team. With a focus on wireless systems, structured cabling, and radio communication expertise, this multi-skilled position emphasizes both technical proficiency and safety. Technicians will install equipment on towers and ensure optimal performance across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service PTP and PTMP wireless systems

• Conduct testing of structured cabling types

• Program and diagnose radio communications systems

• Perform site surveys and tower inspections

• Operate test equipment for system diagnostics

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications

• Proficient in hand and power tools

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

• Clean driver’s abstract and criminal background
