CARSTAR Fort McMurray is looking for a dedicated Collision Body Technician capable of performing high-quality repairs according to OEM standards. Collaborating with estimators and production teams, this role requires strong technical skills and a commitment to safety. Bring your 2-5 years of collision repair experience to a family-oriented automotive group focused on continuous improvement and employee success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct structural and cosmetic vehicle repairs accurately
• Manage damage assessments and teardown evaluations
• Perform frame repairs, welding, and bonding correctly
• Ensure proper fit and finish of repaired panels
• Collaborate with parts department to verify components
Requirements:
• Valid Red Seal Certification or provincial equivalent
• 2-5+ years in collision repair or related fields
• Proficient in collision repair techniques and tools
• Strong detail orientation and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record required
