Ledcor is seeking skilled Equipment Operators with at least three years of experience for a significant road construction project. You will primarily work with heavy machinery like excavators (20-80 ton) and dozers (D6-D10). If you have a strong safety focus and thrive under pressure, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators and dozers for road and reclamation projects

• Handle excavation, grading, and material loading tasks

• Perform pre-trip inspections and daily hazard assessments

• Collaborate effectively with your crew for quality results

• Follow Ledcor’s safety policies and site requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with heavy equipment

• Experience in road building or reclamation preferred

• GPS machine control knowledge is beneficial

• Valid driver’s license and Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification

• Must pass drug and alcohol testing
