Job Description:

Pitbull energy services is seeking qualified Heavy Duty Mechanic (Heavy Equipment Technician Journeyperson) to work in our Fort Mc Murray
Shop
. We specialize in vac and water trucks, and our skilled team of mechanics take on a diverse portfolio of repairs from engine and transmission overhauls, field repairs across three provinces, CVIP inspections and day to day maintenance. We are seeking shop mechanics that thrive in a fast-paced environment and positive team moral.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections accurately
• Perform repairs on various truck systems
• Advanced electrical diagnostics
• Vac truck overhaul and repair
• Truck service
• Field repairs

Qualifications

• CVIP license
• Highway truck repair (1-4 years)
• Vac and water truck experience ( 1-2 years is an asset)
• Successfully pass the Pre-Employment Alcohol and Drug Screening Test
• A reliable and adaptable safety-conscious team player with a great attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Schedule:

• 8x6 shifts 12 hours/day + Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
