As a Pipefitter Foreman at Ledcor, you’ll lead a skilled team through critical maintenance and repair projects during turnarounds. Your responsibilities include executing piping scopes, forecasting maintenance needs, and ensuring safety protocols are upheld. This role demands precision, strong leadership, and adaptability in time-sensitive situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute shutdown and turnaround piping scopes effectively

• Provide guidance and support to Pipe fitters and Apprentices

• Maintain safety standards for crew and equipment

• Conduct daily toolbox talks and paperwork

• Communicate and coordinate with other foremen for optimal operations

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Pipefitter certification required

• 3-5 years of foreman experience in industrial settings

• Proven record in oil and gas shutdowns

• Ability to read isometric drawings and P&IDs

• Willingness to work extended shifts during shutdowns
