Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate dozers and complete assigned work

• Read and interpret stakes for grading

• Ensure compliance with safety standards

• Conduct equipment safety checks and risk assessments

• Communicate repair needs to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dozer Operator

• Proficient with larger dozers (D3-D8)

• Previous work in wet or soft ground scenarios

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Strong safety orientation and communication skills
