Join Bouchier as a Working Lead Hand focused on Mine Shovel Maintenance at CNRL Horizon. This full-time role involves guiding on-site operations while ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

As a Lead Hand, you will oversee daily site activities, managing equipment operators and maintenance personnel to optimize performance.

Your role is crucial in the cleaning and maintenance of mining shovels, requiring physical labor and adherence to safety protocols. This position operates on a compressed schedule of 14 days on, followed by 14 days off, promoting work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise workers and assign tasks based on site conditions

• Conduct safety meetings and evaluations

• Maintain equipment and monitor inventory

• Operate various machinery and tools safely

• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with Air Brakes

• Clean 5-year Driver Abstract required

• CSO and WHMIS 2015 certifications

• Ability to lift over 50 pounds

• Comfortable working in fluctuating climates
