Picker Operator

Position: Picker Operator Needed
Join the team at Total Oilfield Rentals as a Picker Operator based in Fort McMurray. This full-time role prioritizes safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while lifting and transporting equipment.

In this position, you will report directly to the Branch Manager and lead the operations of our picker trucks. You will ensure compliance with safety policies while performing inspections and routine maintenance. Critical communication with riggers and other crews is essential to ensure successful operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skillfully operate picker trucks for equipment transport

• Perform daily inspections to ensure safety compliance

• Calculate and verify load capacities accurately

• Communicate effectively within crew settings

• Complete documentation and logs for all lifts

Requirements:

• Class 1 driver’s license with clean abstract

• Minimum 3 years of oilfield transportation experience

• Strong commitment to safety protocols

• Capability for pre-access drug testing

• Must be prepared for outdoor work in diverse weather
