Morgan is seeking Equipment Maintenance General Foremen to lead their maintenance operations in Ft. McMurray, Alberta. This role offers the opportunity to supervise and develop maintenance teams in a dynamic heavy civil construction environment. • Five or more years of experience maintaining heavy construction, mining, earthmoving, oil sands, or related heavy equipment
• Five or more years of progressive maintenance leadership experience
• Licensed mechanic (Heavy Equipment Technician Journeyperson certification preferred)
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Valid Safety Training tickets (CSO / BSO / CSTS-09/ OSSA Regional)
• Intermediate First Aid with CPR & AED
• H2S Alive certification
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and acceptable driver's abstract
• CSA Approved safety boots (minimum 6 high & fully laceable)
• Ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs and work up to 12-hour shifts
• Successful completion of Alcohol and Drug Screening and Fitness-to-Work Assessment
• Ability to meet all company and client site-access requirements
