Screw Pile Operator

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating various machinery including John Deere and Link-Belt Excavators. This physically demanding role requires a proactive attitude, along with adherence to safety rules and standards. You will also engage in daily maintenance tasks and participate in safety meetings to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate screw piling equipment safely and efficiently

• Conduct daily maintenance and equipment cleaning

• Load and unload construction materials and pipes

• Complete pre-job inspections of machinery

• Attend safety and toolbox meetings regularly

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required

• Experience with John Deere and Link-Belt Excavators

• Skilled in operating wheel loaders and skid steers

• Ability to read and communicate project specifications

• Physically fit to lift 50lbs and work in diverse conditions
