Birch Mountain Enterprises is looking to hire a Working Foreman for Hydrovac
for a Temporary 3 month project, with the potential to become full-time. 14/7 Shift schedule, Days and Nights. (NO flights, NO Camp)

Operating from our Clients site location Fort McMurray the Hydro Vac Operator position involves the safe operation ofa tri-drive hydro
Vacunit.
Operators should be mechanically inclinedand physically fit to work in all kinds of weather.
Preference will be given to candidates that possess previous hydro-vac experience in the industrial sector.
- Operate Tri-drive hydro
Vacunitsin a safe and efficient manner - Provide strong leadership to employees.
- Assist with training new hires.
- Must be physically able to perform tasks and work in all weather.
- Completion of daily documentation including but not limited to daily logbooks, customer work orders, field level risk assessment, pre/post trip inspections.
- Follow instructions for tasks assigned by Dispatch or Supervisor.
- Complete daily housekeeping of assigned truck to ensure maintenance of company image.
- Attend dailytoolboxand safety meetings as scheduled and adhere to corporate and site safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain and operate all BME tools and equipment to the required standards and procedures.
- Ensure that all training is kept current.
- Follow all TDG and WHMIS standards and regulations.
- Seek out continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide customer-focused services in all activities.
- Possess a valid Class 3operator’s license with clean driver’sabstract
- Minimum3 years experience (including up to 18 speed manual class 1 equipment)
- Previous or related experience operating at least three of these types of units:
Water, Vacuum, Hydro, orCombo
Vac units. - Some Leadership experience.
- Minedriveexperience.
- No Site bans.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- OSSA (or BSO/CSO) and CSTS certification.
- H2S Alive.
- Must successfully pass BME driver’s evaluation, D&A, and fit for duty pre-employment screening.
