You will be instrumental in supporting the Residential team under the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include safety compliance, performing repairs, and managing work orders efficiently. Minor renovations and regular inspections will also be part of your essential functions, strictly adhering to Northview’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies

• Conduct drywall repairs and prepare for painting

• Execute minor plumbing tasks effectively

• Manage small-scale renovations for the community

• Respond promptly to emergency and service requests

Requirements:

• Experience in building maintenance is essential

• Must clear a criminal background check

• Valid driver's license and driving record needed

• Physically able to lift 50 lbs

• Available for on-call emergency responses
