Job DescriptionFLINT is seeking a Pipefitter Foreperson with construction supervisory experience in oil and gas industry for a permanent job in Fort McMurray, AB starting, May 19th, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, flights provided from the flight hubs (Calgary or Edmonton), and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
Qualifications- Minimum 4 years’ experience in maintenance and construction supervisory in oil and gas industry.
- Valid Journeyperson Pipefitter certificate/ticket.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS-2020
- H2S Alive
- Fall Protection
- Standard First Aid
- WHMIS
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
- Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
