Bouchier is seeking Labourers/Operators for their Suncor Fort Hills site near Fort McMurray, Alberta. These team members will perform a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks supporting operations in the Athabasca Oil Sands region. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, adaptable to changing climates, and eager to learn new equipment skills.

• No previous experience necessary (preferred: road construction or maintenance experience)
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Ability to provide a clean driver’s abstract
• CSO (Common Safety Orientation) certificate
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Safety conscious attitude
• Willingness to train on various equipment (skid steer, sanding units, etc.)
• Comfort working in fluctuating climates and near water
• Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol and Fit for Duty tests
• Fluent English (speak, read, write)
