Grader Operator at NACG

NACG is looking for a skilled Grader Operator with at least two years of experience, specifically on graders 16 ft or larger. You will perform critical tasks at our Fort Hills site, engaging in road maintenance and using GPS technology. The role includes adhering to safety standards and completing pre-operational checks on equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate motor graders to maintain roadways and dump areas

• Read grade stakes and operate GPS equipment

• Conduct pre-use inspections for safe operation

• Complete hazard assessments before each task

• Interact safely with other vehicles and equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of grader operation experience

• Knowledge of haul road maintenance a plus

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required

• Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a mining environment preferred
