Grizzly Trek is seeking experienced grader operators to support diverse civil earthworks projects. You will be operating 14M and 24H class graders while enjoying the benefits of fly-in and fly-out arrangements from Calgary or Edmonton. Stay on the job with the long-term opportunity to move between projects, ensuring stable employment without interruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate motor graders efficiently on various earthworks tasks
• Build roads and oilfield pads following grade specifications
• Maintain and shape road surfaces to enhance drainage
• Assist with culvert installation and road-access maintenance
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant grader experience
• Valid Class 5 license and CSA approved safety boots
• Experience in stripping, stacking, and reclamation
• AWS tickets and safety training certifications required
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass health assessments
