Position: OTR Tire Technician for Mining Equipment
Join Thompson Construction Group as an OTR Tire Technician supporting our Fort McMurray operations. Utilize your expertise in tire servicing and repair on heavy machinery and light vehicles.

This position requires at least three years of OTR Tire Technician experience, along with a valid Class 3 driver's license.

You'll work with hydraulic and pneumatic tools, ensuring safety and compliance while maintaining a clean work environment. Adherence to industry standards and company policies is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and repair OTR tires on construction equipment

• Operate hydraulic and pneumatic tools safely

• Demonstrate knowledge of tire wear and repair limits

• Replace and balance light vehicle tires as needed

• Ensure safe tire removal procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as an OTR Tire Technician

• Valid Class 3 driver's license preferred

• CSO Certification required

• Physical capability to perform duties safely

• Willingness to work in Fort McMurray on a rotational schedule
