Jardeg is seeking a skilled Welder B Pressure Hand Welder Foreperson for their maintenance team. This role involves supervising employees, planning daily projects, and ensuring quality control on welds. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize daily welding tasks and projects

• Supervise and guide team members in tasks

• Interpret drawings and calculate material quantities

• Identify and repair defective welds effectively

• Maintain adherence to industry quality standards

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in welding

• Valid B Pressure Welder Journeyperson certification

• Completion of safety training including Fall Protection

• Strong understanding of welding materials and processes

• Physical capability for task-related demands
