As a Journeyperson Welder, you will be vital in maintaining and repairing mining equipment, utilizing techniques such as air arc gauging and stick welding. This role demands a valid CWB Welder Certification and a commitment to safety in challenging environments. You will work indoors primarily, with occasional field tasks required based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding repairs, fabrication, and assembly on heavy machinery

• Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders accurately

• Customize parts and equipment based on client specifications

• Conduct failure analyses and coordinate with the Service Manager

Requirements:

• Valid CWB Welder Certification

• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance

• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Effective teamwork and communication skills
