As a Renovator, you will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, performing crucial tasks such as flooring installation, drywall repair, and minor plumbing. This role underscores the importance of quality workmanship and timely project completion to ensure that Northview's properties remain appealing and functional for tenants and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install flooring materials like laminate and carpet

• Perform minor plumbing repairs and swap fixtures

• Replace light switches and electrical components

• Complete drywall repairs and wall preparation

• Load and organize renovation materials efficiently

Requirements:

• 2+ years in residential or commercial renovations

• Proficient in using hand and power tools

• Experience in preparing units for occupancy

• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs

• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
