Service Supervisor at Finning

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety discussions and ensure compliance with safety programs

• Support technicians by monitoring job progress and risks

• Coach and mentor technicians and apprentices regularly

• Optimize shop operations for productivity and customer commitments

• Oversee repairs, inspections, and service reporting

Requirements:

• 4+ years working with Caterpillar equipment

• Proven supervisory experience in heavy equipment maintenance

• Strong understanding of safety and shop operations

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification is an asset
