Exigent Services, LLC is pursuing a contract with the United States Capitol Police (USCP) and is seeking qualified candidates for a potential Administrative Assistant/Records Program Consultant position. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award. Qualified candidates may be considered for inclusion in Exigent's proposal submission to the Government. Candidates selected for proposal submission must be willing to provide an updated resume and sign a Letter of Commitment indicating their intent to support the contract if awarded to Exigent Services.
Employment is contingent upon contract award and any customer approval requirements.
- Support records management programs and records lifecycle activities
- Scan, upload, organize, and maintain documentation within SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation
- Support office operations, supply management, and equipment tracking
- Coordinate meetings, conference room reservations, and administrative requests
- Maintain records, files, correspondence, and program documentation
- Assist with training coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Perform general administrative and clerical support functions as assigned
- Associate degree
- Minimum three (3) years of administrative support and/or records management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Federal records management experience preferred
- Experience supporting government customers preferred
- Experience with records management systems and technologies preferred
