Exigent Services, LLC is pursuing a contract with the United States Capitol Police (USCP) and is seeking qualified candidates for a potential Junior Records Management Specialist position. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award. Qualified candidates may be considered for inclusion in Exigent's proposal submission to the Government. Candidates selected for proposal submission must be willing to provide an updated resume and sign a Letter of Commitment indicating their intent to support the contract if awarded to Exigent Services.
Employment is contingent upon contract award and any customer approval requirements.
- Support records inventories and records lifecycle management activities
- Assist with records transfers, disposition reviews, and retention schedule compliance
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and records management communications
- Maintain Records Liaison listings and supporting documentation
- Support records management assessments, surveys, and program reporting
- Coordinate training activities and maintain attendance records
- Participate in meetings, document meeting minutes, and track action items
- Provide administrative and business analysis support to records management initiatives
- Associate degree
- Minimum three (3) years of records management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze information and develop recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Federal records management experience preferred
- Experience supporting government customers preferred
- Experience with records management systems and technologies preferred
