Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead self-perform crews and subcontractors on residential military housing projects at Fort Meade, MD. This hands-on field leadership role oversees supervising crews, scheduling, safety, and quality to meet contract requirements.
Candidates should have 5–10 years in construction with supervisory experience, strong carpentry/framing/demolition skills, OSHA 30, and the ability to read blueprints.
