Education ​/ Teaching Instructor, Training Instructor ​/ Specialist

Clearance Requirements:
Top Secret Security Clearance with Polygraph (TS/SCI + poly)

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in TechSIGINT / SIGINT operations providing Subject Matter Expertise.

• 5 years' experience in a formal classroom setting in the following operations related topics:
• Curriculum Development
• Course Delivery/Instruction
• Operational TechSIGINT
• Ability to apply adult learning principles, theories, and practices using blended learning approach
• Ability to facilitate discussion
• Ability to incorporate real-world experiences into the learning environment

Desired

Skills:

• Instructor certification or designation (e.g. teaching certificate, certified professional instructor, master training specialist, or adjunct faculty certification)
• 5 years of experience in curriculum development and design
• 5 years of experience providing TechSIGINT and/or SIGINT training to professionals

Degree:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study; in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of experience

Clearance:
Positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.
