Technical PROFORMA Course Developer‑Instructor
The Technical PROFORMA Intelligence Course Developer‑Instructor is responsible for course development and instruction on technical PROFORMA signals analysis (PSA) of machine‑generated, formatted data communications found in military C4
ISR, civil, industrial, commercial, and personal systems. The role focuses on teaching the analysis of information conveyed from sensors, control systems, and automated reporting formats.
The Technical PROFORMA Training Content Developer‑Instructor will design, develop, validate, and deliver high‑quality training focused on machine‑generated formatted data, signal structures, analytical workflows, and reporting methodologies used in modern PSA disciplines.
QualificationsA Technical PROFORMA Developer‑Instructor candidate must have 2 or more years of technical teaching experience and/or curriculum development, such as:
- Military technical training
- Academic or industry classroom instruction (faculty/adjunct)
- On‑the‑job (OJT) technical instruction
If the candidate does not have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical science discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable field):
- 8 or more years of technical PSA experience within the past 10 years are required.
If the candidate does have a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical science discipline:
- 4 or more years of technical PSA experience within the past 10 years are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, but equivalent experience may be accepted
- Relevant certifications, technical coursework, or PSA‑related project experience may substitute for formal education
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
