SALARY RANGE $143,000 - $200,000/year.
DUTIES As a successful candidate for the Training Subject Matter Expert II role, you will act as a Systems Engineer supporting the training team to design, develop, and deliver technical training that prepares operators and analysts for mission-critical work. In this position, you will serve as a technical authority by providing instruction, coaching, and hands-on support while maintaining training pipelines, qualification standards, and practical exercises.
Working closely with instructors, curriculum developers, and mission leadership, you will ensure course materials reflect current tradecraft to shape and prepare the next generation of operators for evolving missions.
