We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Hardware Design Engineer to lead or contribute significantly to the design, analysis, and verification of complex electronic hardware for next-generation national defense systems. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on engineer responsible for transforming conceptual requirements into tangible, reliable, and secure hardware solutions, from initial circuit design and simulation through prototyping, testing, and production support.
This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct research, design, development, and testing of electrical or mechanical hardware such as computer chips, circuit boards, mechanical and electrical components.
- Ensure reliability, develop technical specifications for production, analyze hardware configuration and processing solutions, and test hardware conformance to specifications; may design new or modify existing products.
- 2 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field; 0 years experience with a Master’s in a related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
- TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly at the time of application.
- Previous experience working at or with Intelligence Community is a plus.
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment.
