Endpoint Services System Engineer

Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking an experienced Endpoint Services System Engineer to support intelligence operations within an exciting organization.

• Endpoint services is seeking a Software Engineer to work with a team of developers to implement new capabilities in support of the current classification marking tool and the tool to be used to support M365 web based applications.
• The position involves full life cycle design, development, testingof policy-driven software across multiple fabrics.
• Looking for a candidate with a technical background with experience in troubleshooting and requirements gathering.
• Must have the ability to document the tool and inner workings to include creating standard system engineering and test documentation.
• Attention to detail is needed to test new software releases and document results.
• The candidate should have the ability to work directly with customers to identify and resolve user reported issues either by establishing alternative solutions or generating bug reports.

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• 5 years of additional System Engineer experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree for a total of 8 years.

• Experience generating standard system engineering and test documents
• Excellent written skills and experience in generating program/process related documents

• Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications
• Gather, analyze, and capture customer requirements
• Triage user issues
• Track and respond to user issues/questions
• Establish internal schedules and milestones
• Report weekly/monthly/quarterly status in a timely manner
• Document processes and provide deliverable to the government
• Provide meeting minutes
• Abilit to test new configurations/software releases
• Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios
• Track and report testing results
• Coordinate software deliveries with external organizations

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
