AISR Engineer, Senior
As a Solution Architect on our team, you’ll translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a comprehensive plan. You’ll craft architectures, design specifications, requirements, and product solutions, guiding the transformation of our customers’ technology landscapes through cloud migration, advanced technology integration, and legacy system modernization. In this role you’ll also mentor emerging developers, shape the digital solutions business, and identify growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications- 8+ years of experience with UAV, satellite terminals, ground‑based satellite broadcast and multicast architectures, network engineering, cybersecurity, integration, and network operations
- Experience with ISR dissemination architectures and network routing protocols
- Experience developing operations support frameworks, SOPs, and TTPs
- Experience developing system engineering designs, program requirements, and integration test planning documentation, testing, and validation reports
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Knowledge of Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience with cryptographic devices and cross‑domain solutions
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and virtualization
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, verbal, and written communication skills
- CCNA or Security+ Certification
- Bachelor’s degree
Top Secret clearance required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $112,800 – $257,000 (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, and retirement plans, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
